Conveniently located for a 15-minute walk to the city center. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Enjoyed the snacks and drinks provided.

The room was spacious with a beautiful design and decoration. The staff, especially Valentina and Daniel, were friendly, gracious, and accommodating. Valentina provided excellent assistance with dinner reservations, recommendations for sightseeing, and directions. The breakfast was great, with the best cappuccino I had on my trip. The hotel's location next to the river and in a posh area made it convenient for exploring the city center.

Cosy, quiet, sunny room. Comfy bed, good shower pressure. Quick heating in the bathroom. Excellent aircon. Good wifi. Fantastic nearby bakeries, shops, and restaurants. Safe area. Helpful staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Florence. the location was perfect - nestled in a beautiful and peaceful area right by the river. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still within walking distance to all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were absolutely lovely. Daniele and Valentina were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or concerns. Their hospitality truly made my stay much more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Everything was absolutely fine during my stay.
